1 pound to 1 1/2 pound 80/20 ground beef
1 cup gorgonzola cheese
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
A pinch of paprika
Salt and pepper to taste (I add more pepper which I think adds that special kick)
Form into pattied and grill to desired doneness
Brush patties with Jodar's garlic grape seed oil prior to grilling and when burgers are done to hold in the burger juices.
2 cups mayo
1/2 to 3/4 cup apricot preserves
1/2 to 1 teaspoon garlic powder
A pinch of cayenne pepper to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix together and chill at least 30 minutes to marry the flavors
